The item shown below has been withdrawn from the Architectural Review Committee calendar and will be rescheduled at a later date; therefore, items for Full Board Consideration will began at 12:30 P.M..

        802 Davis Street, Embarcadero Hotel and associated parcels, are non-contributory lots located within the Northeast Waterfront Historic District, north side of Broadway between Front and Davis Streets, and The Embarcadero. Assessor's Block 139, Lot 2; Assessor's Block 140, Lots 7 and 8; and Assessor's Block 138, Lot 1. The subject properties are under the jurisdiction of the Port Commission, zoned C-2 (Community Business); in an 84-X Height and Bulk District and is in the Waterfront Special Use District No. 3. Request for Architectural Review Committee review and comment on a proposal to construct a six-story hotel building that will contain approximately 260 rooms. The proposed Planned Unit Development would involve a total of four parcels and would also include the construction of a waterfront park (Assessor's Block 138, Lot 1), auto court (Assessor's Block 140, Lot 8) and a four level parking garage (Assessor's Block 140, Lot 7) that would contain 380 off-street parking spaces.
