The Planning Department is proposing a package of procedural and operational reforms. The list of over 30 recommendations was assembled by a working group of Department staff, based on recommendations made by consultants hired by the department, reports by AIA and SPUR, and by suggestions and comments made by staff and stakeholders of the department. The recommendations are grouped into categories of Staff Support, Project Review and Approvals, Planning Commission and DR, Communication, Project Management and Preservation.
